Precautions and preventive measures in power transformer verification
The field experiment should abide by the safety operation rules of electrical industry and take good safety measures. To avoid the transformer voltage rising to other circuits before the test should be a priori electricity, install the ground line, and then carry out the experiment.
Preventive measures:
1) Check the barrier between the primary wiring and the operating equipment or other unrelated equipment.
2) Check whether the safety of the secondary winding is fully opened.
3) Check whether the current transformer with a half connection method and the secondary loop are untangled in other parallel loops unrelated to the test, and untangled from the side of the test loop. Avoid directly short-circuiting the secondary circuit, which may cause other devices to operate incorrectly.
4) The booster, voltage transformer and high voltage lead should be installed firmly, arranged in a place that is not easy to reach, and adhere to a ** distance from the neighboring object, and then hang signs and install barriers. If a high-voltage cable is used as a high-voltage lead, an insulation test should be performed regularly.
5) When conducting the transformer experiment, the current transformer should stop the open circuit twice and the sensor should stop the short circuit twice.
6) Bind the terminal wiring to avoid wire dropping.
7) During the experiment, stop people from walking around in the experiment area to avoid kicking down the wire.
8) Operating things should have good insulation, avoid touching each other by mistake, the test instrument should be missing, and conform to the field voltage limit. When the impedance of the voltage loop is tested, the result should be a high resistance value of not less than 20M.
9) Ground wires should be installed before the transformer field error test to avoid personal and equipment accidents.
10) The ground wire installation should be crimped, and the contact should be firm and reliable.
